Our business is to help our customers in taking charge of any organizational project and information systems using the SAP solutions, the world leader in enterprise software. We build the inner workings of companies around the information system. Our clients are companies with international ambitions, actors in the agri-food, distribution & retail and professional services sectors, for which we have a recognized functional and business expertise.

We are both a consulting company and solutions integrator: we attach the greatest importance to the implementation of our recommendations in a strong commitment logic with our customers and the primacy of the projects' success on the immediate results' maximization.
PM Progress Management is a company that naturally adopted many principles of the Freedom-form company: strong autonomy of the teams, encouragement of initiatives and reflections, generalization of the project mode, light hierarchical structure, managers at the service of their teams, culture of notions of mutual assistance and goodwill... Our management rules constitute an additional variation of the notion of the common good. The share capital is entirely held by active employees of the company. Mechanisms allow for the evolution of shareholding smoothly. Management transparency is also permanent: posted salaries, periodic presentation of results and economic performance, cost-benefit analyzes of projects accessible to all. Since the beginning, 50% of the operating result has been redistributed annually to the employees according to the contribution of each one.
Our axes of development
Our development strategy is characterized by diversification on three axes: the technological axis with emerging solutions such as cloud, mobility, in-memory computing. The functional axis by cultivating new skills such as optimization of supply chain or budget planning. The sectoral axis finally investigating new trades on the basis of our past successes. At the same time, we are continuing our efforts to remain unavoidable in our areas of predilection.
